How we work

We run our own work with several AI agents. These four rules are the core of how we organize it.

  1. One entry point

    Every agent is told to start from the same file and load only the context its task names, so you stop briefing from zero.

  2. No "done" without evidence

    Work closes with a record of what changed and how it was checked. A claim without evidence stays open.

  3. Bounded retries

    A step that keeps failing gets a fixed number of retries, then the agent is told to stop and write a handoff.

  4. Humans hold the gates

    Anything public, paid, destructive or irreversible waits for an explicit human decision. Agents prepare; people decide.
